Indonesians discovered a reason to celebrate batik and the clothes created from it since UNESCO acknowledged it as an Indonesian cultural contribution to the globe. People are noticing more about batik as well in order to create awareness of Indonesia's traditional fabric to other cultures. Indonesians wear head-to-toe in batik on many of their National Days to honour their culture. But not just for Batik Day, there are many National Days to wear batik and here are the reasons why you should have Batik!
